I love that I can roll out pie crusts, biscuits or other pastries and this mat stays secure on the table but my food doesn't stick and I can eat Use less flour to roll out. It's also nice to have the measurements and dimensions of a cake stand on a pad for those with less experience. I just roll it up with the paper so it doesn't stick to itself and keep it in my desk drawer. It rolls back nicely. This is a beautiful addition to the kitchen that eliminates the need to use plastic or other eco-friendly materials to roll out the crust!
