Power converter defective on arrival
Unit did not respond on delivery although all connections were checked before power was applied. The output voltage is 0.003 VDC independent of the PWM input (0-1000 Hz). The quality of the board looks very good and all the components are placed and soldered like any other board of similar value, but in my case it just didn't work as described.
