The simplicity of using this software it's easy enought even a beginner can use with no any difficulty at all. I like how quickly i'm able to get results without spending hours in front of my computer just trying different things out until everything works as expected. Sometimes you have to wait quite some time before getting an answer but still not too long so don't worry about waiting around if there are more questions than answers or vice-versa. We were looking into ways we could improve our digital transformation process which was very slow moving due to lack of knowledge/experience within departments. This helped us greatly by providing immediate feedback thus enabling faster decision making and overall better processes across our orgainisation. I like how easy it was to set-up my first account - there were no issues with getting everything installed or configured properly in any way! The interface can be slightly confusing at times (especially if you're new) but this will only take time to learn once your using it regularly! A bit pricey compared to other options out their as well so don't expect much bang per buck here. We are solving our infrastructure problems by being able to manage all of them through one central system/platform.
