Great concept falls short

I love the idea of all the suggestions for this chopping board but after using it I felt a bitter taste of disappointment.1. Non-slip part - 4 corners are non-slip, which is the best solution for cutting boards. Unfortunately, they were not non-slip for me. My countertops are Corian, so maybe that's just my surface. But unfortunately I still have to use the wet paper towel trick to keep it from slipping. In theory, the knife sharpener is a great feature. If I use a cutting board, I also use a knife, so that would be very handy. The sharpener on this board leaves a lot to be desired. When I put my knife through the sharpener it is not smooth which doesn't make me feel good using it with my good knives. I usually use a knife sharpening rod to get the perfect knife angle. Being attached to a cutting board makes it much more inconvenient to use. In addition, the sharpener's pop-up feature leaves small holes in the board for your stuffing to slip through.3. Dishwasher Safe - Yes, dishwasher safe. And after 2 cycles of regular washing with hot drying, everything seems fine.4. The size is a small cutting board. I can't do much for vegetables because they are too small. And I don't like using it for meat because it doesn't have a "ditch" around it to collect wayward juices. Fruit, little fruit, that's all I need in my house. The size is further reduced by non-slip parts and a knife sharpener. If they made it bigger, the sharpener better, and the non-slip corners really didn't slip, that would be great. In the meantime, 2 stars my friend!
