Review on Fisher Price Jumperoo Woodland Friends SpaceSaver by Billy Stull

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not bad but could be better with a little tweaking!

I bought this for my lively independent 6 month old girl who always wants to be on the move and nowhere else. I was hoping it would be something I could give her to entertain and exhaust myself so I could do a few things and it kind of serves the purpose. First, how easy to assemble, you don't need a screwdriver, everything snaps into place, but you need a small screwdriver to remove the battery cover. I bought this one and not others specifically because it claims to save space and when you look at other brands and models it seems smaller and also you can easily adjust the seat to the child's size. The downside is that the seat is very long which puts your child closer/lower to the ground. My child is pretty much mid-range and sits so low in the seat to the floor that he can't reach any of the toys and even the barley can see him. I would like to be able to adjust the seat length. Another downside is how high the toys are on the bar, and if she can reach them, she won't want to sit on the bouncer anymore. And finally, the amount of free space in the seat. She often bangs her face or the back of her head against the edge of hard plastic, which makes her cry. I found a special baby insert pillow at Revain to put with the baby to fill in the gaps and make the baby stronger which is great because the blankets and towels weren't enough. except it adds another $30 plus dollars to the price. Good durable plastic, easy to clean after each use. IDK looks around and compares to others. It's made by Fisher Proce, so you can tell right away that it's made of quality materials.
