Mine works fine with everything but my PS4 has worked fine with my Directv 4K mini . My system is connected to HDMI 50 feet. I had to install a signal booster, but when I use my PS4, my TV turns off like clockwork every 10 minutes. I tried disabling every setting I could tweak that had anything to do with video to see what worked. No luck on my part. If I bypass the splitter it works fine. Then I remember I had my old splitter plugged in and the problem went away, but the old splitter isn't 4K so I had to try to order another 4K splitter (updated 01/24/2019). I still have the same problem as described above. . My setup includes a Vizio E65-F1 4K HDR Smart TV with a 50ft HDMI cable and HDMI Directv Genie Mini 4K signal booster, a non-4K Apple TV, and a PS4. I noticed that if I bypassed the HDMI switch there would be no problem, but when I plugged it back in I had a problem. I am convinced that maybe I have a bad block and need a replacement. I tried ordering a different brand 4K switch but it didn't work at all. Once I remove the 4K switch I no longer have these issues, or if I try the non-4K switch it doesn't either. So I know I can get 4k non-stop, if I bypass that switch, so it's not a 5ft HDMI and it's not an HDMI repeater. I am convinced that maybe I have a bad block and need a replacement.
