Tegance Online Store Experience Was Disappointing

Unfortunately, my interaction with Tegance fell short of my expectations. They do have a large selection of baby goods, but the ones I got were of subpar quality. Both the cot and the changing table I bought had dents and scratches, and the paint had several chips in it. These things had obviously not undergone a thorough inspection before being sent to me. Additionally, the level of customer care fell short of expectations. I had to wait a few days to hear back from them after I emailed them about the problems with my goods. And when they did reply, they only suggested that I return the items for a refund instead of proposing any other solutions to the issue. It was difficult to return the goods because I had to cover the cost of shipping and wait a few extra days for my money to be refunded. It took a lot of effort and was frustrating. Overall, based on my experience, I am unable to endorse Tegance. They do have a decent selection of baby products, but both the quality and the customer service could use improvement.
