This docking station is much smaller than the Thunderbolt station. I use a 2018 Macbook Pro with Dell monitors for work, Thunderbolt can only support one HDMI which isn't great. With the GLLITRA one I can connect 2 additional monitors, one HDMI and one VGA (the other option is to connect 2 HDMIs) which solves my biggest problem. I now use GLLITRA for monitors, Thunderbolt for charging and USB. The color looks pretty good, which matches my Macbook Pro, the design is quite simple, I like it a lot. Keyboard and mouse docked receiver, there is some lag in mouse movement which I don't have when using Thunderbolt. Otherwise the others look great. Really good product to try.
