This is great. I recently started trying out the oven. The first few times I kneaded and cooked small loaves, I just used the baking sheet as my "work surface", but with two full-sized loaves I wanted more surface area for my table. The non-slip surface was amazing. Put it down and it doesn't really move. Cleaning this large sink is quite difficult as my sink has 2 sinks and was quite big so it was difficult to clean without splashing but that was basically it. In terms of actually removing dirt, that's great. Shelf life, albeit short-lived, it's definitely not cut-proof, which I foolishly forgot when I sliced my bread and cut straight through. 100% my fault. I love how you can roll or roll it up. That's cool. You can place it on any flat surface to make it a work surface. It's definitely worth it!
