Review on Adiyer by Dan Tsourvakas

I was really dissatisfied with my latest purchase from Adiyer, which included home and kitchen items as well as window treatment hardware. Neither the quality of the goods nor the level of service provided lived up to my expectations. To begin with, the shipment time was much longer than anticipated. I had been anxiously awaiting the arrival of my purchase, so this delay was rather inconvenient. Unfortunately, when my shipment eventually arrived, I discovered that the items were of low quality. The hardware for the window treatments was fragile, and in some cases, completely broken. Products for the house and kitchen were similarly below average, with several failing to perform as advertised. The customer assistance I received when I tried to voice my complaints was subpar. It was hard to obtain a response, and the one I did get didn't do much to assist me out. In sum, shopping at the Adiyer online store was a huge disappointment for me. Because of the long delivery times, low-quality goods, and unsatisfactory help from the staff, I cannot recommend this business.
