Very glittery in effect

I think $13 is a good deal for the variety of colors you get but be aware the powders are very shiny. Also, they don't really melt I guess because they have a lot of glitter in them. Like everyone else, my ink pen was completely dry (it went straight in the trash). The ink pad was a bit better, I can work with that for a while. If you really need a specific color, invest in Ranger Embossing Powder.
