So far so good. I have already bought my second bottle and it has definitely helped with my high estrogen symptoms. I know it's not a super quick fix right away, but it reduced my gyno pretty quickly. I think there are probably stronger supplements on the market and I bought one recently, but this supplement will do for now. I am 34 years old, do not take steroids, exercise at least 4 times a week but am currently being treated for Hepatitis C. Hepatitis C destroys your hormones, but this supplement saved me from an embarrassing gynecological situation. I will say that if your gynecologist has been around for a while, you may need to have surgery. Try to catch him early before it's too late. I had bumps under each of my nipples that gave out significantly. It's still a little, but you can't feel it anymore. This stuff will work, but try to catch it beforehand!
