Tried to warm up for a long time. It didn't take the hair as well as I had hoped, I only used one pack and I don't have much left, I just did the legs and they weren't that bad. I haven't even really tried using the rest of them. The wax is painless, although mostly painless, which is a plus. The colors are beautiful, everything is perfectly packaged, looks just like the picture and everything I expected, but the execution of the actual product was not that good, so I'm a bit disappointed. I plan on getting the best heater advertised for this particular product and hope it works better.
