I received this but I was afraid it would be too small or weak for my adult cats. I hung it in a cage for a boy who had surgery and figured he wouldn't use it, but it would be a fun place to hide his toys while he recovers. To my surprise, I saw him climb into both hammocks on two separate occasions! I reinforced the attachments with carabiners as the hammock cannot be connected to the stand. I wrapped the straps around the bars of the cage and attached the carabiner to the strap. This worked better than I had hoped.
