I love these towels. Blue will definitely work if you exfoliate regularly. If you are new to these towels, you can start with red or green. They make my skin very soft. Very good size. Update: I've been using them for a while now and am very happy with the results. They shrink after the first use. But if you get wet, you can still put the towel on your arm or most of your arm. Anyway I have used these bath towels from other manufacturers and they are bigger and better. I've also used Turkish scrub towels, but they work much better and are cheaper (if you use a new towel every month or so). Hope that helps.
