I'm using the smallest bag to make cold brew coffee, and it's good for that - easy to clean out the grounds once it's brewed, especially. I noticed that coffee does seep through into the water, though, which I was hoping would not be the case. It doesn't let a lot through, but I will have to pour the cold brew through a filter, and that's what I hoped I would be able to avoid. Maybe just need a little bit coarser grind. No other complaints, though. The bag does not impart any flavor to the coffee that I can detect, and its construction seems sturdy. No corners for stuff to get stuck in. Only 4 stars because I used the next size up to drain some yogurt, but that was not so successful. I'll stick to cheesecloth for that in future.
