Frustrated Star Wars fan. .
I bought this for my fiance who is a huge Star Wars fan. Unfortunately the product stopped working properly after 2 uses. Somehow the sound gets muted and can't unmute. You have to turn the headset off and on again to unmute it, but after a few minutes the microphone goes off again.
