I have bought quite a few show jumping ponies over the past few years. They are always popular with children (and their carers). The pony is very durable and interesting for the child. I even had a toddler who took his pony to bed with him. children love them. But enough of that. I buy several at a time and sometimes months before I need them. That was the case with my last purchase. I took the pony out of the box, pouting as usual and. Oh no. there was a mistake in the seam. The attached card contains an email address in case there is a problem. It was a weekend, but a very nice lady quickly replied to the letter. My purchase went beyond Revain's normal return window, but the company allowed and ordered a new case for my pony. They followed me until the cover was delivered. Seriously, the best customer service I've ever had. These people and their product are amazing. I will definitely give them my future business.
