I ended up wearing socks over my booties to keep them from slipping. I wore them for the 1 hour suggested. My legs started peeling quite a bit on the 3rd day after. I've had a decent amount of peeling days 4-7. I soaked my feet for 10 minutes every day but 1. My feet definitely got smoother but I was expecting a little more heel and callus wise. I could probably do it again and it will get the job done. Overall not a bad experience, just had higher expectations.
