Top quality knife set, good design for a small counter, everything needed for the prep table.
From the honing rod on, these are sharp, well-designed knives, with a solid holder. Stainless steel handles and hardened blades that are easy to keep clean and very sharp. I will use the honing rod, that looks to be 10,000- grit, on all my knives for a quick touch up, for their maximum sharpness. The cutting board is a nice bonus that is very useful and a good addition to the set. Good quality complete- knife set. Great find!
