I had a fintie case once and it worked very well. It was harder work than some of the other cases I've had. My best bet would be a quality case with a strap to hold your reader, but I couldn't find a case with matching cutouts for the full-screen HD version of the Lenovo Tab m8. The Fintie case isn't difficult to hold at all due to the texture of the case, and it has other nice features like a place for your pen and a very attractive place to keep cards or cash. The three strong strips that hold the tablet at the desired angle are the sturdiest I've seen. I knew that from my old Fintie case and was an important factor in deciding on a Fintie case again.
