this will be long a long review for a small hair clip in. Doctors will tell you that BC does not cause hair loss. I have been on BC since I started my period due to hormone reasons. My hair had thinned out and I had thought it was due to getting older, but the last 5 years of being on the Ring or the IUD my hair fell out in clumps. And it was not normal hair loss. I still have my hair line, but past my hair line just falling. I went off ALL BC and am working on other options. Women do not be afraid to look for other options! I went off of them in May and it is now basically OCT. I started using hair treatment oils, and shampoos before i even went off the BC with 0 success. More hair kept falling out but since quitting BC in May and still using the hair oils my hair is growing back! its in that weird sticking straight up stage with the new growth but it is growing everywhere. I was very subconscious about my front hair line because that is where you can see the worst of my hair loss. I've always had bangs, they just shape my face well. and they had gotten so thin that there is no way I could make it look any better, so I decided until my hair is at a normal length again that I would get bangs to re-fill in what I had lost, and after trying several different kinds I decided on these. They almost match my hair color, but no one has been able to tell they are not my exact shade. I have naturally dark red hair. It is almost brown on the bottom layers and then my bangs are red/blonde. it is very interesting to say the least so i knew getting an exact match wouldn't be possible but these are fantastic! They blend right into the bangs I still have and the clip doesn't snag or hurt my head if I wear it all day. I will be so excited when my hair is completely grown back, but until then I can put this in and almost feel like my old self again! Life saver.
