When I first opened this, it was shoved in a bag and it looked like an old mop. I had to untangle it and once I got it untangled, I realized it was kind of cute. It will probably be fine once it is hung. I was very disappointed because it said it was supposed to come with lights and hooks to hang it. There were no lights and there were no hooks so I feel like I got ripped off. UPDATE: because of my complaint, the company sent me a completely new toy hanger with the lights and the hooks included, I greatly appreciated this and have since hung it up, and I find it adorable now. Very good customer service. Therefore, I am changing my review to five stars.
