Review on StatusTicker by Todd Calloway

I like that it's very easy to create custom charts, graphs, etc. It is also easily customizable for multiple use cases. The price point could be better (it seems to me if you're looking at $50 per month or so). We've been using this product since 2013 when we were working with another provider who used a different service. Our business was growing quickly and our customers needed a dashboard that provided them information about all aspects of our business in one place - from customer feedback to order status. This allowed us to provide accurate updates to our customers while keeping everyone informed of any issues they may have had during their visit.
