Such a great tool kit! Amazing price compared to a restaurant store. The wooden handles are thick and strong, and the metal bench spatula/scraper is durable. They seem to hold up to use/abuse. I can sand and oil the handles because I'm a bit picky about the feel of my wooden tools. Really loved the melting dome with glass lid and thick silicone egg molds. Much better than the steel egg shapers I've had before. The tongs are definitely long enough to keep you away from a hot pan, but I might be more likely to use them in the kitchen than a large pan. Same goes for a tote - I can store something else in it, but it's great for storing/organizing some of my less-used items in the closet. I will update the review after some wear.
