The best part of this software is its simplicity. It does what it says, and you can get used to it in no time. I also like how easy it is to use with a small team. It works well for my business, but I wish there was an option for more than one user to access at the same time. Make sure that you have all the requirements needed to set up your account. This software is very easy to set up and run. It has helped me keep track of our clients' data. I really like how easy it is using this software, you can easily send emails with all of my information attached in one click! The customer service has been great too!! There isn't anything i dislike about smartprivacy at least not yet anyways. Great product so far. ! It's very helpful when sending out newsletters or any other kind if content regarding our business/ organization etc because we know everything will stay private until someone else opens up an email from us (or clicks through).
