Specification states item weight is 1.76 ounces. The item actually weighs 4.5 ounces. Not a huge difference, but when someone is looking for the lightest weight for long-distance hiking, every gram counts. The item description also states that the item is waterproof. The material looks waterproof, but the zipper isn't. That would be another reason I bought this item to be waterproof. I give the product 3 stars because it's a really decent toiletry bag. Would have given 5 stars if the item description had been accurate. I will keep the bag for regular trips but continue to look for a lighter, more waterproof option.
