Ideal when I don't have time to eat
The perfect product when I want to eat something quickly. I can make a shake and not worry. It's quite satisfying and usually binds me. The taste is what I expected. I tried banana and both are good. This is a large container and will last a while so the price is worth it. Overall a great product and I plan to buy another one when this one runs out.
