I love the feel of the mask but the ratchet strap ripped after one use.

UPDATE: The seller contacted me and was able to send me a new mask. I just received it today. I appreciate that the seller took the time to read the review and worked with me to send a replacement. The masks are very warm and work well. My boys love them. I loved the feel of this mask and how it fits my son. However, a strap became detached from the face mask. I was planning on sewing it back on but I don't want to compromise the integrity of the mask and tensioning system.
