The keyboard is fairly quiet and responsive when typing. Be sure to read the pairing guide as I tried to hurry and just plug it in by turning it on. The slot is only suitable for devices when you remove the case. So keep this in mind if you want to print and if you risk dropping your device without a case. There are three levels of brightness (and yes, there are seven different colors) and the light on the keyboard goes out after a while. In general, the iPad is comfortable to work with. I can take an iPad and a light keyboard with me instead of lugging around a laptop and a heavy charger (considering I have a gaming laptop). I'm enjoying it so far; so I will update it if necessary.
