For six dollars I was willing to try out something I was almost certain would be an abysmal failure. I was certain I would be sending it back with a sigh, doomed to never have bangs because my hair is too curly to sustain them for long. Luckily, this wasn't the case. I can't speak for the other colors, but the dark brown matched my hair color perfectly. It blended into my hair so perfectly that I nearly gave my poor mother a heart attack when she saw it. She knows as well as I do that bangs would be the start of a miserable afro at my hairline. These synthetic bangs gave me the best of both worlds: easy to maintain hair (I don't have to straighten anything or hairspray. just place and clip) and the bangs to satisfy what my family has started referring to as my "bang fetish." Just as a word of caution though, the little long parts on the side will probably not fly well with anyone. If so, it's pretty easy to get them trimmed when you get a haircut (trimming them yourself is asking for a disaster). The other thing is that the bump between the synthetic hair and your real hair is a little noticeable if you don't take the time to smooth your hair over it. I've gotten past this problem by slapping a hairband over it since I tend to try to keep my hair routine as short as possible for daily life, but that's something you'll have to take into consideration if you don't want to do the same.All in all these were a great purchase for the price.
