Everything about this product has been great from interface design and implementation to customer support. I have had no problems with it as of yet! The documentation could be better in some areas and for more technical users who aren't familiar with Word automation or creating custom macros there are things that can get confusing. If you're looking into using something like this then do your research into what type of features will best fit your business needs. We use this software daily to assist us with our workflow processes. We've found that all aspects of the application work well together seamlessly. The ease of use for our users. It allows them access from anywhere with an internet connection. We have been able to reduce paper by over 50% since implementing this product in 2012. Nothing really! I would like more customization options but we are working through that process now so it should be coming soon. A lot less papers being left around offices when people leave or move out.
