I love that it's easy to use when creating an ARCHITECTURE document or report, but also has many tools available in order to make sure you get all of your requirements down correctly into one place (such as having multiple versions so they can be compared). There are some things like using other software which may not integrate very well, such as importing from Excel spreadsheets to create relationships between entities. The most useful feature would have been if there was more flexibility around how we could interact with data sources through connectors - this isn't always possible due to permissions issues etc., however, by being able to import directly from CSV files instead of needing to upload each individual record separately would save time! We're solving our own problem here within our organisation rather than relying on someone else doing it better elsewhere; therefore, benefits include saving money, reducing risk & speed up project delivery times too.
