The best part about this product was that it allowed us all use of one application for our file management system which made things so much easier because we no longer had multiple applications running at once! I dislike how you have to pay extra if there are any errors with documents or files (which happens quite often). This also makes me feel like i'm paying too high prices when they could just fix those issues instead of charging an additional fee each time something goes wrong. We solved problems regarding access as well since now everybody has their own login account from anywhere within my office/company allowing them easy accessibility throughout different locations such as accounting department, legal team etc..
