Guard rail holes 95% match the screws on the car, so close. The shape of the molds is about the same - could be better, more like a glove, but it's "good enough" for those of us looking to save about $50 by going OEM. Two guards had moldings that needed cleaning. Only 8 screws are supplied, but you only need 12. I ended up using some of the existing screws. The screws that came with the kit rusted almost immediately. My right rear fender flexed towards the wheel on the curb and snapped easily around one of the mounting bolts. This plastic does not seem to be too flexible.
