Moves a lot, absorbs little moisture, heats up easily - the best option for casual runners

The Ameriluck Running Belt Pack is a decent travel backpack but definitely not my favorite running belt. As a short runner, I don't usually carry too much: my phone, a bunch of keys, and a few gels are all I like to have on hand. AmeriLuck's running belt seemed perfect as it was big enough to hold all my stuff but not so big that it was bulky for me. After a few runs with it I went back to my Amphipod running belt as the AmeriLuck wasn't as comfortable. First, the belt shifts a lot while running. Even after I put it on so that it was very snug against my back, it shifted when I ran. The material my stuff will be resting on is very thick and while running I noticed that the lower back gets very hot. This resulted in more sweat on my back and unfortunately this pack didn't wick moisture well - towards the end of my runs my back got hot and sweaty and after a few runs I just gave up. It is not suitable for longer runs, I have found it to be suitable for the shorter and slower runs that I do with my old dog. I love how the backpack allows the headphone cord to come out through a small hole so I can easily listen to music without damaging the headphone cord and love the little pocket that keeps my keys separate from my keys. My water bottle didn't fit in my water bottle bag so you may need to find a bottle that fits if you want to carry small bottles around. As for the flashlight, it was a nice addition, but totally useless for this pack - there's nowhere to put it and I honestly don't run at night so didn't need it initially. Overall, these packs are probably better suited to casual runners and hikers who want to keep their stuff a little closer to their body rather than carrying around a wallet or bag.
