The instructions were very easy to understand. The assembly was very easy. In general, the insulation is very easy to handle. One comment is to make sure the forward tilt bracket is tight when you wall mount your backup TV. This will prevent the TV from slowly falling forward and possibly falling. Also, make sure you have a good bolt finder so you don't go too far to one side or the other of the 2x4 to install it. The movement and rotation of the entire mount is perfect and I like the security of this mount right in a bolt compared to the overall 16 inch measurements on other mounts. The only help I asked for was my husband who helped me mount the TV to the bracket while hanging it on the wall. I managed the installation myself from start to finish with one exception. Therefore, as a woman, I recommend this holder.
