Review on Thompson & Knight by Alejandro Raney

I have worked for T&K over 10 years now as both employee/employer counsel (pre-merger) and outside labor lawyer during merger negotiations. They are very professional firm that has always been well managed by its senior partners who know how things work within their own industry but also understand what it takes from other industries not just legal issues related to mergers. Highly recommended! Not much - they were good at resolving my client’s claims against another party prior to settlement agreement was reached when there had previously be no resolution between parties.
