It's a shame, because although this jug is large and easy to use, the water tastes great. The filter indicator doesn't work and I haven't had this jug even a day and there is an obvious crack right where the handle is. That crack wasn't there when I opened the box, so I don't think the pitcher is strong enough to support the weight of the water it's supposed to hold. Unfortunately, I've spent so much time looking for reviews of all kinds of filters and products, and there are issues with all of them. gave up and tried that and within a day he owned the thing and it cracked.
