The pot itself is fine. It keeps my juices well when freshly squeezed before blending the entire gallon and pouring into individual wide-necked glasses. The problem isn't in the container, it's in the lid. The lid has a moving part that doesn't latch properly. It's very difficult to get it back in place and often when it looks like it's locked it will pop out. And when it closes, opening it again is a scientific gamble. So most of the time I just leave it closed and take the lid off the jug to pour. So while it gets the job done, the spout on the lid isn't that great. 4/5 stars. Many Thanks
