I am renovating my entire master bathroom and would like the faucets and towel rail to be from the same collection and style. I was a little suspicious of the Pro-Fit attachment system used on the Eva collection. When I went to mount the towel rail I had to remove it from the mounting post to make some minor adjustments. There is a small hole on the bottom that you need to insert a very small screwdriver in and press the latch to release. You have to use some force all the time by pulling the mounting lever to detach it from the rack. When I did this on one side, the small plastic bracket broke completely, rendering the workstand unusable. So I contacted Moen about this situation and was told that you can't buy and keep a jig. However, they were kind enough to send me a complete 18 inch chrome towel rail that included the racks. In short, if for any reason you need a workstand, either hope Moen will generously guarantee and send you a brand new package, or use something else. I would prefer to use some type of mounting bracket that uses a small set screw. This has always worked for me and it's a metal that doesn't break like that horrible fastening system.
