All three boards that I purchased are in good working condition. They came individually packaged in static shielding bags, and they also had none of the pins soldered (which I preferred). I did run into a couple small issues when trying to load a program on the boards, so I'll share them for your reference:1. I was unknowingly using a charge only Mini-B USB cord when initially trying to upload a program. I wasted a bunch of time thinking that I didn't have the correct drivers before I realized that my cheap cord was at fault.2. All three of my boards required "ATmega328P" to be selected as the processor before I could upload programs. Some of the other reviews said to use "ATmega328P (Old Bootloader)", but this caused my uploads to fail. All of the boards functioned flawlessly after correcting those two issues.
