Now I have two of these devices, a blue one with more connectivity and a smaller silver one. I've been using both for over a year with 4 different laptops and they work great. The keyboard and mouse combo sometimes lagged or lost signal from time to time (when using USB-A 2.0 or USB-A 3.0). But then I found that this problem only occurs with my Lenovo Yoga 920 laptop, but I didn't have this problem with Lenovo Thinkpad X390, Dell Latitude 3410 and any other Acer laptop. So I concluded that the Yoga 920 might have had an issue that was causing the hub to not work properly. It does not overheat, the size and weight are very comfortable, I can use two or three screens (including a laptop - Windows, not macOS) and have not encountered any other problems at all. For the price and quality I can say this is a great product.
