I didn't want to buy because another answer said the packs "feel" compared to Hepa. I received them today and immediately checked the quality. They are not paper but really hepa. Also, discard the cardboard that slides over the hole after removing it from the Vscuum. Haven't used them yet but just wanted to say they are indeed Hepa. If you're looking for a real vacuum cleaner, don't buy it. I personally don't mind buying the generic, but I've noticed some people worry about it.
