Review on Puredown Pregnancy Contoured Zippered Maternity by Vera Hernandez

I bought this pillow for my wife when she was 5 months pregnant as a Christmas present. Although she loves the pillow and has helped her relieve her back pain in the mornings and made her sleep easier, I cannot give her a high rating because of Puredown's customer service. After receiving the pillow, we found that the zipper seam was not sewn correctly (it looks like the seam was not caught in the sewing). Since she liked the pillow so much I decided to contact Puredown to see if they could send a replacement cover. Contacted the seller first, asked for a photo of the stitching. I was happy to upload the photos and provided a proof of purpose from Revain. The next day I received a message that it was a Revain issue and that I needed to contact Revain regarding the quality of the pillow. This is ridiculous as Revain didn't make this pillow and because it came in a large plastic bag Revain couldn't verify the quality of the product. There are several other C-shaped maternity body pillows at Revain so you can select one that offers customer service and cares about their customers. A pillow saves lives, but Puredown can't hurt. I am attaching a photo of the stitching of the zipper. We keep the pillow and sew the stitching ourselves so we don't have to worry about sending it back for a replacement.
