I really like this scale. By linking the scale to the right iOS device, I was able to keep track of everything on a daily basis. I love the fact that the first day you step on the scale becomes your base. From that moment on, it tracks your weight, BMI, body fat, and a host of other metrics. In addition, your indicators will be displayed in red, green, blue or yellow. Once you click on the indicator, you will see a small screen explaining the level of risk associated with the indicator. When you weigh yourself daily, a quick glance at the screen shows changes in your basal weight, body fat, and BMI. You'll also be reminded of the goals you set for your goal weight and body fat percentage when you started. A quick look at the 15 remaining indicators can be identified by the color of their number. If you find it necessary to react to a negative color, do so and develop a plan to move the indicator in a positive direction. I couldn't have made a better choice. I am also in the process of connecting this app to the iPhone Health app and am looking for other apps to connect.
