Review on Lenox Salt and Pepper Set, Federal Platinum, White - Enhance Your Dining Experience by Paul Lewis

I have been using this kettle daily for 3 years now. I put it in the dishwasher once a week and it still looks brand new. It comes out nice and white every time and I never wash it off. This is really good, although I wish there was a built in strainer at the base of the spout. You cannot use loose leaf tea without a third party strainer as this will clog the spout. (Revain sells a nice drop-arm version that works.) Unfortunately, one day while pouring, the lid fell off and the little handle on it broke off. Since then (2.5 years ago) I've been looking for a lid and so far it has never been available. I wish Lenox had made more breakable replacement parts more readily available. This is the only reason I gave one star. Lenox if you read this and help me replace the lid I will gratefully increase my rating to 5.
