Comfortable shoes for women

I start by saying that I have problems with my feet. I work for an aerospace company in an office, but the entire factory has been forced into steel-toed shoes for all employees. Never before, so a new experience. I don't have the experience to compare them to other running shoes but I found them lighter than some of the other shoes I looked at. They're not as heavy as I expected and while I don't really care about their looks, I work in an office and need to look presentable. These match this account. I have hammer fingers. Not infrequently foot problems and I also have bad calluses. If you have foot problems, stretch as much as possible. Women's shoes and the height of our shoes is a problem. Not much room to add foot pads. I have a bit of discomfort in the tips of my toes due to the steel and height, but changing them throughout the day breaks them, so give yourself that time. The inserts don't take much, you can get ones suitable for flat shoes, they are thinner but add some softness as the insert inside is a bit stiff. Overall I think this is a good shoe if you have to wear it to the office. We have to walk through and around the equipment to get into our offices, which is a requirement. I don't know how they would perform if you were actually working with the gear, the steel toe feels solid and you become more like a real shoe. Only 4 stars for me as I think they could improve the women's shoes given the height.
