We love these gummy bear molds

We love these gummy bear molds! We use fruit juice concentrate and gelatin to make the most amazing gummy bears! I love that they are sugar free and made from 100% fruit juice. The recipe I use is: 1 can of fruit juice concentrate. Add enough water to make about 2.5 cups. Add 4 tbsp. Gelatin and let stand until gelatin is absorbed. Do this while it's cold. This takes about 5 minutes. Don't stir until the mixture "blooms". Once the gelatin is absorbed, heat it in the microwave until hot. Usually about 2 minutes. Stir gently to avoid foam or bubbles. Use an eyedropper and stuff each bear. Now I put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Repeat the process. If the mixture starts to solidify, simply reheat it in the microwave to make it liquid again. Store gummy bears in the fridge. They are very tasty and healthy! My kids love them and everyone at work does too!
