I didn't expect the quality to be so high.

These headphones have been with me for at least five years (I can't even remember when I acquired them) and have outlived every computer accessory I've owned. There was still time for everything else to become obsolete or broken, but not this. If they break, I'll replace them with identical ones that don't have wires. This is the best buy I've made so far. SteelSeries Siberia 2 came before them; they are no match for these in terms of sound quality or convenience, but you can forget about their durability (my Siberia broke a week after the warranty expired).

Pros

For the price, they are easily the best headphones available. I've had mine for five years, and the only thing to wear out is the ear cushions (which I replaced by ordering a new set from Ali for five hundred dollars; they fit wonderfully). Even with inexpensive headphones, the sound quality is superb. I wore them for the first time on the second day, and they were already a perfect fit. They don't squeeze your head, but they also don't let go, so you can wear them for hours without experiencing any discomfort. It's a quality microphone that doesn't hurt your ears.
